Formulated with Sugar, Natural Oils, Vitamin E, and Flavoring.  No Harsh exfoliants. No unnecessary filters.

Instruction: Apply a small amount to lips. Gently massage in circular motions for 30-60 seconds.  Wipe away with a warm cloth.  Scrub is made with edible ingredients if ingested. Follow with LIP ENVYY Lip Oil, Balm, or Gloss for maximum hydration.
